Backyard Pitmaster Class

Join multi-championship Pitmaster, Sterling Smith, and take your grilling and smoking skills to professional levels.  You will learn to make an array of irresistible food on the Green Mountain Pellet Grill.  Sterling will cover grilling on all types of grills, including: Wood Pellets, Gas, Charcoal, etc.

Sterling Smith, founder and Pitmaster of Loot n’ Booty BBQ, is flying in from Scottsdale, Arizona for this class.  Sterling is known internationally as an authority on wood fire cooking, specializing in all your competition favorites: beef, pork, chicken, and lamb!  Chef Robaer says “It’s worth the price of admission for just one bite of Sterling Smith’s lamb.”

Sterling will cook a selection of meats and offer advice and instruction to class attendees.  Meats include(may vary depending on availability): Championship Spare Ribs, Rack of Lamb, Beef Tenderloin
