We’re over halfway celebrating Dairy Month this June and we have another recipe to share!
Try out the Yogurt Banana Spice Muffins shared here, made with yogurt and whole milk!
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2: Mix together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, adding chopped walnuts last
Step 3: Spray muffin tray and pour the mix into the tray using a 1/4 cup measuring cup
Step 4: Bake for 25 minutes, or until the center of the muffins doesn’t stick when conducting the “toothpick test”
Step 5: Let the muffins cool for at least 5 minutes after baking and sprinkle with powdered sugar!
